  3. at 1 percent u are putting a lot of extra crypto that could be making you 6 percent, it better to get another rate and u can pay the intrest and then some with the crypto u held even if paying a higher intrest, do the math.

  4. My advice to new investors: Buy good companies stocks and hold them as long as they are good companies. Just do this and ignore the forecasts and market views which are at best entertaining but completely useless.

  5. It's really neat seeing what a million dollar home is in Puerto Rico. Thanks for sharing and appreciate the tips. In Metro Vancouver, Whistler and the Fraser Valley in British Columbia, we're had between 20% – 30% appreciation in the past few years on single detached homes. For those who already own homes who want an investment property or first time buyers who will purchase homes using a similar method, this is a smart move. Having a million or two million dollar home make an additional 200 – 600k/ year in appreciation is a nice investment. Great for someone owns multiple investment properties but not so great if it's only a single home and terrible for condo owners/renters. Makes me wonder if there's some opportunities for fractional sales in company that buy up rental or investment properties. If a company share was attached to a token, it's probably the closest opportunity to hold tokenized property. Great with the right company and a potential nice hedge against riskier crypto assets. Guessing it would be regulated more so than normal crypto projects so not sure how many companies would go for that idea.

  6. I never commented before but this is one of your best videos yet and I watch them all. After missing Microsoft, Starbucks, Amazon, etc., I realized it was time to move beyond totally passive index fund investing. I agree with you and Anthony. I'm going to move from 2% to at least 5% crypto.
